An essential fitting for large door panels to prevent bending and warping.
The door straightener is easily fitted and adjusted centrally with a spanner. 3x standard 35mm hinge holes linked with 10mm grooves is the only machining required. The threaded bars are concealed with push fit black plastic covers.
We recommend you use just one straightening bar for doors up to a maximum width of 750mm for wider doors use 2 straightening bars per door.

How do I adjust the door straightener bar?
Adjust the straightener bar by turning the hexagon nut in the centre of the straightener bar and adjust based on the warped position of the door.
If the door is warped in an outward position away from the door straightener, turn the hexagon nut in a clock-wise direction in order to straighten the door. Vice versa, turn the hexagon nut in the anti-clockwise direction to restore the verticality of the door from the warped position.
